I started all this and i dont want it to be an Arlesley/Hitchin thing , i was just voicing my opinion and thoughts on the goings on .
I started going occasionally after we moved into the new ground and the happenings Monday were for me pathetic , i now see H T F C have issued a statement which some how backs up what thought about the points deduction . What also backs up my feelings is one previous posters comments about the players behaviour , on Monday A T F C,s no 2 tried a pass down the line which went out of play , he naturally got some banter from the H T F C support nearby , he fixed them with a satre which said "come on then " and spat in their general direction , on walking away ( with his back to them ) he had a big grin on his face . You can accuse me of innosence inthese matters but it was provocation , which after the victory was confirmed by the antics of no.2 and all the others particularly Deeney who was anything but professional (which used to be part of his job title )in his reactions after the final whistle , for which his booking according to Manny was punishment , it was not considering he previously played for h t fc he was stupid.
Sorry but my blood still boils.
