How out of touch can you be with the club? Have you actually been to any games?
The players are reknowned for their abusive behaviour, hand signals and swearing at opposition supporters, spitting at the opposition crowd, its a regular thing and they are well known for it, as I am convinced you are well aware of. (otherwise would not a decent Chairman take action? Us supporters got a bollocking for using a swear word in a chant for Rugby from Terry!)
I understand you have a loyalty and expect nothing but defensive words for your team but please take off those rose tinted glasses!
You realise you can be a good chairman without turning a blind eye and issuing the odd cold and calculated statement thinking this will keep the scum happy?
You need to take serious action on the players that let down your team, its a small circle at this level and word gets about a lot quicker than you think, dont expect your lenient actions to be accepted in the next step.
