Yes Russell, you are right, you certainly are not qualified to comment if you only watch 6 or 7 games a season. I, however, have every right to make comment as I watch at least two thirds of the home matches and even a few away games, work permitting in both cases, and have done for a number of years. I have kept every Arlesey programmes (home & away) that I have purchased over the past eighteen years. My comments are not just my personal views, but the collective thoughts and opinions of a number of other supporters who I speak to. There are still a number of supporters who do not have computers or internet access and they ask me to pass on their comments also. The chairman seems to think that it is just a handful of club members who oppose the changes. It is not, it is quite a large number. My aim is not to cause trouble but to make the club see sense.
ATFC used to be a good, stable club, well run by intelligent people. Now we have outsiders trying to impose their flash ideas. Does ATFC really need these ludicrous positions of Director of Football and Co-ordinator of Football. Negativity and positivity are matters of opinion. I happen to believe, along with many other supporters, that the clubs actions are negative whilst our thoughts are positive.
As to your other comments, I think if you look back over my last three or four postings, your criticisms of me will be answered.
