Sounds like the Terry Back episode all over again. Why, oh why, do these people think they are so clever. Matty had promises from some really good players who wanted to play for him. With the proposed change we will probably only get the mercenaries who will be off like greased lightning when they are offered an extra fiver a week elsewhere. Note that I said proposed change, as I think the committee will lose a lot of sleep over making such an unpopular decision and we should see a reversal of this decision. I only hope Matty thinks of the supporters and agrees to come back if requested.
