It will be another Arlesey blunder if Matt & Theo are not allowed to continue,not long ago we had Three Chairman/Three Managers & Three Teams in a season -now we have got Football Management who are committed to our Club.
Although I have been a critic of their style of play & team selection - there dedication to the cause is not in question.
This club needs direction,teamwork & communciation off the field to set objectives that will support the on field team to move forward.
We have a great oppourtunity to rewrite the pecking order of local football next season,lets go for it with our current Management Duo.
