I Agree with Lee. What's needed is stability. Matty's permanent appointment was confirmed too late for him to get the players he wanted last season - they had already signed for other clubs. I have heard that a number of good players want to become involved with the Arlesey set-up if Matty stays. They are looking to the future and see Arlesey as a very progressive club on the way up - not a stagnating team on the way down as many seem to be! I give my vote of confidence to Matty!
