Where do the youth players with potential go when they are old enough to play adult football? We need a Reserve side or as has been the case for some years those players will go to other clubs or those that stay may well end up playing in the first team before they are ready. The youth may well be represented but is it not usual that they are out voted anyway? Give the youth somewhere to go, let them really be involved and perhaps then people will really feel part of the club and then get involved.
