totally agree with arlesey fan, i thought the idea was to get a reserve side for next season, common sense would say yes, at least using lads from russells u17s plus lads from local villages is the way forward, there is a lot of quality youngsters out their. matty could then bring in youngsters when he has injurys and suspensions to try out and give experience, and also the reserve team would gain valuable knowledge through recovering players, both teams benefit in the end.
it wouldnt matter about reserve team results , its about bringing the club forward and Matty cant do that without a reserve team, its ridiculous!, im sure they could get in a former player to run it, dont have to be ex arlesey, , but we will not get anywhere unless this happens.
we are all behind Matty but he needs this help.
