Yep pleasently surprised but also a little cautious,good to see the local boys had good games , 2 from Jamie, solid performance from Shane, not bad from the keeper to!.
If Jamie can get stuck in on thoughs defenders a bit more and be more physical he can cause more problems, centre backs had it fairly easy with him, it will come with time.
A good battling display and we deserved to win, no doubt about that, but let us not be complacent, when the leagues start it will be very tough not like friendlies, totally different ball game, i will be happy with mid table or a touch higher this season, a good young squad who im sure will do us proud, lets hope we can get a bit more support this season.
