Athletic were as expected up for it throughout and kept battling away against their higher league landlords. Town started slowly but as the half progressed were the better side and took a 2-1 lead through 'Arlesey lads' Jamie Osbourne and Shane Brown.
The half time break saw a change of virtually the whole Town side, but where did they get some of those players from? Most were poor and not even up to Athletic standards. Athletic came back to claim a draw as Town even missed a penalty.
Town need to off load most of the second half rubbish as soon as possible and start getting some decent players to complement the ones that we already have.
