The appointment of Nicky Ironton as director of youth development through the club is a big plus here, with facilitys that are seconed to none in the area, this is really a great opportunity to bring in local boys and get them the experience and guidance to see them to higher levels of the game,Are very own Dave Kitson being a prime example,with the excellent youth set up in the village we could go a long way.
Congrats to Matty as well, i hope he has the knowledge and abilitys to guide the team on to greater success over the next couple of seasons.
