I've recently moved out of London to Fairfield Park and have started visiting local football matches. So far I've been to Stotfold, Hitchin, Stevenage, Biggleswade Town and Bedford Town. Most of the matches were pre-season friendlies but I came to watch ATFC play Canvey Island on Saturday. I am most impressed with your stadiun, the clubhouse, the beer, the hot dogs and that beautiful, lush, verdant, velvety pich! For a small place like Arlesey your facilities are most impressive. You deserve bigger crowds, but no doubt locals will start to attend more regularly once they have experienced the facilities you provide. You have a very friendly crowd and hopefully, business permitting, I will become a regular supporter.
After the match I thought I would sample the menu at The Raj Villa. The food was absolutely superb! Having being spoilt for choice in London, I thought I might have to travel to one of the bigger towns to find a quality restaurant, but I've found one right on my doorstep. In fact, several of the diners there had travelled from the surrounding towns and villages as thay said it was the best for miles around.
Here's hoping for a successful season for Arlesey.
