Is there anyone out there who could let me have decent images of pieces from the Jacksons "Clyde Scenery" series or the Maker Unknown (but possibly HMJ) "Royal Sketches" series. I am interested in literally any pieces, from common plates, through platters, to the more unusual tureens etc. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Dick.
I have three pieces of Royal Scenery--a chestnut basket and liner with Brighton Pavilion, a covered vegetable dish with Brighton Pavilion and unidentified scene on lid, and a plate with St. George's Chapel Windsor.
Who is the HMJ you mention as a possible maker?
This is such a well produced pattern--seems funny that there is no identification of a pottery on it!
We are not very good at photography, but I could try to get pictures if you are still interested.
Gail. Many thanks for your response. The maker with initials HMJ would be Hicks, Meigh & Johnson. I would certainly be keen to see images of the three pieces you mention. Kind regards. Dick (email dhenrywood@waitrose.com)

Sorry! I didn't look at the TCC site for so long and see your reply!
I'll have to check how to post photos to you--I'm not much good at this technical stuff!
Anyhow--there is a Royal Sketches plate on eBay right now that is the same one I have. I think it is St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.
I hope to be able to get back to you shortly with photos!
