Willow Blue Collectables/Christopher Johnson Posted by Darleen on October 2, 2009, 6:21 pm 76.14.114.206 I recently acquired a cookie jar and a tea pot (also 2 mugs) and cannot find any information about them on the internet whatsoever. I believe they are 'the pagoda pattern'. There is also a message inside welcoming me to the club. How can I determine their value or locate anything like them? I have searched all of the Johnson Bros. available sites and find no cookie jars and very few tea pots that resemble what I have. Any information provided would be very much appreciated. Tea sets, shakers and toast racks were also made c. 1999-2003. The company is no longer in business. You might find pieces on eBay. According to the brochure that came with my cookie jar, the series was designed in England by Christopher Johnson and hand painted in the Phillipines. The brochure is reproduced and a picture of a teapot are seen on p. 176 in my book THE ILLUSTRATED ENCYCLOPEDIA OF BRITISH WILLOW WARE.  Post a Response
