Hi Helen, Our club does not focus on china made after 1900, however I am happy to add a tiny bit of information to what you have already found. Wildblood & Heath, first established at Peel Works, Longton, from 1889-99, was continued as Wildblood, Heath & Sons from 1899-1927. There are two printed marks for Wildblood, Heath & Sons that include "Clifton China," as recorded in Godden. In the first, c.1908+, "Clifton China" appears in a ribbon arched over a crown under which you find "W.H&S"and under that is "L." for Limited. A very similar mark with "LTD" instead of "L" is found from c.1915-1927. You do not mention if your mark includes the ribbon and the crown. So, there are three questions remaining: Are the ribbon and crown found on your mark, do the pottery's initials in fact include the "S" for "Sons," and is the abbreviation for "Limited" included in your mark? If these characteristics are not present in the mark on your piece, then this mark may not be recorded. Although "KELVIN" is a pattern name better known from the pottery Alfred Meakin, it is likely that the word "KELVIN" is the name that Wildblood has given the pattern on your tea set.
