Hi Teresa Arthur J Wilkinson Ltd of the Royal Staffordshire Pottery, Burslem, Staffordshire made your dishes and used that backstamp from 1910 onwards. Davenport is the pattern name and may have something to do with the famous Davenport pottery that closed down in 1887 and Wilkinson certainly bought some of Davenport's patterns, although I have never seen this design on a piece marked Davenport. The registered number shows that Wilkinson registered the design as a new one in 1914. It is unlikely they would have registerd an old Davenport design as a new one, so perhaps the name denotes quality by association, rather than origination? 1914-1920 would be a likely production period, possibly until mid-1920s. Regards Andrew
