Purple Transferware by BWM&CO York Posted by Lydia Porter on June 5, 2008, 5:03 pm 68.113.92.21 I have large soup tureen, platter, 8 rimmed soup bowls in perfect condition. Where do I get an appraisal, information, or where to sell these items? It is purple transferware, York, Cauldon England, B.W.M.& Co. marked on back of each. I know I paid a lot back when I got it years ago, but need to update. Thank you, Lydia  Post a Response

Is York the name of the pattern? I see York, Cauldon England on the back for origin, but do not have any info on this company letters either. Any info would be appreciated. It is too subjective. Various appraisers advertise (we can't recommend a specific one). You can look at EBAY, and see what similar (or the same) patterns are selling for.
