white ironstone pitcher Posted by Jean Butler on March 6, 2008, 1:53 pm 71.236.9.157 I have an old white ironstone pitcher that belonged to my grandmother. The stamp on the bottom looks like a coat of arms with "iron stone china, 1866, Goodwins. Could anyone tell me anything about it? The pitcher is plain, with no patterns at all. It's in excellent condition with no cracks or chips.  Post a Response

Maybe someone can help you. Also, I suggest you try the various books on marks, as well as the White Ironstone China Association (there is a link to their web site from our Information Sources page).
