Katherine, I'll see if we can engender a more detailed response, but in the meantime: there are a good number of patterns and variants, probably several different makers/potters, and the color painting was done by less than skilled individuals, perhaps even children. So across all those lines, you are going to have a lot of variation. Pete's article was great, but I am not sure that every pattern let alone variation was covered. You can look at our Database of Patterns and Sources, $10/24 hours if you are not a member, search under filled in and other similar terms, and get a better sense of what exists in this genre of transferware.
