The gadroon rim with anthemions? and something else is very Rockingham. They loved shells, anthemions and similar motifs. I found a plate with a very similar rim in the Rotherham Museum collection of Rockingham.
Are the plates earthenware or porcelain? Assuming 1276 is the pattern number, then Rockingham hardly ever marked earthenware with pattern numbers, although they were often on porcelain.
I do not recall previously seeing Bang Up made by any maker other than Spode, which is why I veered in their direction initially. I reckon the old sticky label is correct and you have a pair of Rockingham plates dating to around 1825/30?
