blue and white from shipwreck

I am trying to identify a blue and white earthenware teacup pattern that is on a shipwreck currently being investigated. The ship likely went down around the 18-teens. It looks vaguely like a London style teacup with an unusually elaborate internal rim. Exterior is a building with a turret. I originally thought the decorative element above the turret and the chip was a sculpture or vane attached to the turret, but now I think it more likely to be part of the rim decoration. Any ideas welcome! "I have given my image to the webmaster and she normally posts by end of day Thursday."
