Pattern and Maker on this large Aesthetic jug?

Wondering if anyone recognizes this pattern and maker on this very large Aesthetic jug? It is unmarked, but the "cracked ice" motif on the piece reminds me of a similar design on some Minton tiles if I am remembering correctly. Thanks for any help!
