Hi Betty,
We have a poor photo of a saucer in that pattern in the database with the TCC assigned name of Blue and White Dragons. The saucer has a smaller white dragon in the center and two of the main dragons in the border that decorate the teapot. It is not marked, unfortunately, and we have no further information. Thanks for asking.
