When you first posted your inquiry I looked in the Encyclpedia of Marks 1780-1980 by Andrew & Dorothy Kowalsky and saw that the pattern was attributed to the Cambrian Pottery in Swansea, Wales with the dates 1836-1850. Dillwyn & Co. was also mentioned along with Cambrian.
I really know very little about the subject, but wanted to add to Andrew's sources just to be helpful.
