A quick research using Google and entering "Maruta Blue Delft" suggests that it is Japanese from the 1930s.
Check the TCC website dealers listing. And of course, eBay, Replacements, etc. You many find some 20th or late 19th century sets; you are going to pay a great deal more for a large set of earlier 19th century, if you find any.
