It is Wild Rose pattern, The scene depicts Nuneham Courtenay, Oxfordshire, the seat of the Earl Harcourt, set in grounds laid out by Capability Brown around 1780 and now a religious centre. Made by a number of different makers in varying quality and often found unmarked. You will find it in the database. Your date is about right. It was probably introduced around 1825 and made over a long period into the 20th Century.
