The pattern is known as Wild Rose and depicts Nuneham Courtenay in Oxfordshire, England. It was a popular pattern made by many different makers and is often found unmarked. Presume your piece has no backstamp?
There are a couple of examples in the database under the pattern name Wild Rose. The editors may wish to add your brown example, so thanks for the image.
You will not find this pattern under fishermen, because they are actually punting on the river either for pleasure or ferrying people across. They have punt poles not fishing rods. Sorry to be pedantic!
