Hi Brenda The "2" means it is definitely the 1920 to 1957 backstamp. The IS or 15 over O does not fit and I wonder if it is in fact O over 51. The letter should be above the two numbers. If it is that it is the date code for October 1951, being the date of manufacture. Regards Andrew
