Help! Trying to identify maker of this pattern!

I have posted pictures with the webmaster. The plate is 10-3/4", with a printed pattern mark on the back that consists of a spiral, light blue shell which has "marine" inside it, surrounded by coral/seaweed. The front of the plate has a center picture of an oak sprig, with coral/seaweed. The rim has a combination of oak leaves, acorns, flowers and several different shells that are over-painted in blue, yellow and turquoise. There is not potter's mark, and I have been unable to find this pattern anywhere! HELP!!! Thanks in advance! Diana
