I have a plate,not exactly identical, but definitely in the same series. It has the same floral border, the same double foot rims, same lighter center, same feathery leaves around the rim, a couple in the foreground with a view of a town and a cathedral in the background.
It has "S.Tams&co Warranted Staffordshire" impressed in a circle. Also "Semi China" inside the circle and an impressed eagle. I will send a picture when and if my camera starts working again. There is no series name or scene identification
