A 40% peroxide from beauty supply store works for me. The Master Sugar Bowl is missing its lid. I kno Ellen R. Hill, could come up w/ the pattern & potter ("Mulberry Ironstone: Flow Blue's Best Kept Little Secret")But I'm pretty certain it is "Washington Vase" by Podmore Walker or Wedgwood Co., with a 1849 pattern registry. To be certainly certain (<; , a picture of the rim design always helps.
