Hi Ruth. My mom has a set of these plates which she bought at auction in the mid 1960s, which includes the pattern you mention. As Connie says, they're all 20th century, but very attractive. Mom's set was retailed through B. Altman in NYC, and according to Furniss/Wagner these could date back to 1939 - no earlier than that.
