Hi, I had never heard of this pottery until I acquired some plates recently. The mark is that of a lion and unicorn on each side of a shield..Kovel's marks book says it was used 1820-1850. I found one reference that said they might have had something to do with Ridgway...my plates have WR Co on the bottom of the shield..so it seems that might be the case...The pattern I have is another "British Flowers". I can email photos for the database if there is interest.
Wondering if anyone has more info on this pattern from this pottery or dates they might have been associated with Ridgway.
