Any info on the maker of this blue/white vase?

This is a blue and white vase about 9 inches tall with a registration mark that dates it to 1915, but I am unable to make out the manufacturer. Does anyone recognize the mark? The pattern seems to be "Perak". Thank you in advance for your help.
