Any information about the maker of this Willow pattern plate?

I received a pair of these brown Willow plates as a gift years ago before I really began collecting transferware seriously. I have never been able to find any information about the maker's mark (There is an impressed mark which reads in part "pierallini" and a transfer mark.)and suspect that these pieces are not even English in origin. The reverse of the plates do have that pearlware blue tint. Any information or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
