steamboat pattern

Hello everyone-- I am trying to find information on this transferware sherd that I found on a shipwreck off of Ghana, West Africa, that I am researching for my dissertation. The most striking feature of the pattern is what appears to be a sidewheel steamboat with auxiliary masts.
