Ted,
Are you only interested in dark blue or would the off colors do? If so I have an openwork basket and undertray in the "Shipping Port on the Ohio, Kentucky" from Celtic China. A long time ago I purchased two Washington Scroll in Hand footed egg cups from Nathan Liverant and sold one to David Arman at the Hartford Antiques Show about two weeks later. A third one appeared in an ad for an auction in Burlington, VT about two weeks later so I'm sure there are at least three. I do have a footed egg cup of the same dimensions in Four Men in a Boat from Shell Border Irregular Center but I have no idea how many others are out there.
