I would be grateful for any information on an old and unusually patterned transferware coffeepot. There are no makers marks and the transfer extends to the bottom of the piece. It came from a farm in the UK situated some 30 miles from Stoke on Trent.
I have been told the pattern is meant to mimic the grain of wood and is referred to as "Deco Bois", but I have been unable to find any similarly decorated item.
