Thanks for your speedy response. I had not made the connection with Riley, despite looking constantly at the Adams version and thinking these scenes look familiar. It seemed odd that after trawling through every source I could think of I could find no image or mention of a marked Meir piece. I wonder if it was considered out of fashion soon after they acquired it and it took Adams to relaunch it when the taste for that type of design had returned. Your plate appears to be a rarity.
