The marking is very similar to G. L. Ashworth &Bros, Staffordshire, UK 1862 to 1890. I think the Bros. bought the molds from Frances Morley. I have the same marking you do on a teapot and researched it extensively on free and membership based porcelain marks sites. I believe we hold something rare. Francis Morley also took on a partner, and may have changed his mark at that time. Your piece goes back to around 1850.
