Hi Barb,
The pattern is entered in our database of patterns under the name 'Pastoral Scene'. The plate in the database has two printed marks in addition to the impressed mark that you describe. The name Phillips is on top. The Staffordshire knot is below the name. (It looks somewhat like a figure 8 with a line through it.) The word Longport is below the knot as that is the location of the pottery. The dates of the firm were 1822-34.
