J & W Handley Village Fisherman and Ponte Molle

Dick Henry Wood states in his Dictionary Volume 1 that a marked plate J & W Handley,with Village Fisherman of this pattern has been reported from the USA. In Volume 2 he states that a marked plate of Ponte Molle has also been reported.If any one can give me information concerning the whereabouts of these marked wares I would be most grateful. There is documentary evidence that they aslo made Willow and Wild Rose. Thank you
