While these pieces are outside of the scope of this website, I can tell you that Royal Bonn was established in Bonn, Germany by Franz Anton Mehlem and was in existence 1836-1931. Evidently their 'Delft' line was produced 1890-1920. If you search for "Royal Bonn Delft" on Google you'll get a number of hits. Their portrait chargers (which is what you have) look to be very high quality! Len
