Can someone tell me what the number stamped on the back means if anything at all? I have a texian campaigne plate stamped JB and the number 4. Also, it is normal to have a "misprint" in the border? Not sure how to describe it but in the border, there is one small section that looks like the picture is cut off. Is this normal? Thanks.
