As has been stated this plate was manufactured by George Jones as I have an example. Having looked at my book 'George Jones Ceramics 1861-1951' I see that on page 72 I refer to the pattens bought by George Jones from the auction of William Adams copper plate engravings in 1861. Included in this list is a pattern named 'Spanish Borders' I believe that this is an example of this pattern because the border seems to show different Spanish customs as the title implies.
