Hi Linda,
The pattern on your plate (not the platter) is recorded in our pattern database, shown on a platter, and it is named "Chinese Fisher Boys." It's named because of the boys fishing in the foreground, but it also has an alternate name "Cameleopard" given to it due to the strange looking animal in the background. We do not know who made it. If your plate has a mark, we would be most interested in knowing what it is. Thanks for posting. Loren
