Looking for John and Catherine Tormey info

John Tormey emigrated in 1869 at the age of about 20. I don't know if he came over by himself, with other family, or as Married to Catherine. They were married about the same time frame. They had Michael (abt 1876-1948) a retired NY police lieutenant, who married Edna. Michael and Edna had Gladis, Evabyn, and John. John and Catherine also had Catherine (abt 1881), who changed the spelling to Kathryn for her passport application. She was a teacher and traveled extensively. She was my father's aunt. Catherine and John also had my grandfather, Thomas F Tormey (born abt 1892). He was listed as a widower and living with is sister Catherine in 1920 US Census. I don't know if I have any half brother's or sisters. He later married by grandmother Vera (Veronica McMahon) They had children Thomas Anthony Francis, my father, and Dolores, James, and Catherine(Kay). John and Catherine, besides Michael, Thomas, and Catherine had John J (abt 1887) who married Margaret. John and Margaret had Harold (1907-1985) and Katherine (1911). John and Catherine also had Mary (abt 1881) and Christopher L.A. Tormey (abt 1883) I don't know much about either of the last two, if anyone can help fill in some holes. I am told that John who emigrated in 1869 came from Westmeath and that Catherine's maiden name was Fanning and she was from Roscommon.
Thanks for any help and also any contact from this family line.
