Lawrence TORMEY married to Gladys TEESE circa 1917

I am researching families related to my TEESE lines. Gladys M. TEESE maried a Lawrence TORMEY circa 1917. The couple, enumerated in the 1920 US Census at 285 Haven Avenue in Manhattan, NY, had two children: Russell TORMEY, b. circa 1918, and Lawrence TORMEY Jr., b. circa 1919.

In the 1930 Census, Gladys living with her sister; no longer with her husband and sons. I have been unable to locate the father or sons. Any information would be appreciated.
