I agree, pan handling in TOPS or anyplace else is a dispicable practice. But, lets not forget, these are hard times for more than the usual number of people. Naturally, we must be careful, but when we see that someone has a genuine need for help, when we see they are willing to help themselves as much as is possible, but just cant make a go of it......well, it seems to me that the civilized way to go is to provide what help one can.
