Based on things I have heard, I need to clarify... by my making suggestions about how to possibly improve TOP, it is in no way to be taken as derogatory about TOP. I think TOP is a very good tourney with lots going for it, but I also believe that as with all things, there are improvements that can be made. I don't claim to know all the answers, but I think enough of us recognize certain problems exist that it should not be outside the realm of reason to consider ideas for improving the tourney.
To talk about ideas for improvement is not 1) saying TOP is bad or 2) disrespecting the memory of Melinda.
Based on the responses by current TOP leadership, I know no changes will ever be considered, but I wanted to clarify the position I was coming from since I have been told that by doing so, as a TOP host, such behavior was "unbecoming a TOP host to make derogatory comments about TOP".
